NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT

In accordance with Connecticut State Statutes, the Town of Old Lyme has completed a revaluation of all real property effective on the October 1, 2024 Grand List. Your new assessment is based on 70% of the current fair market value as required by State law. Old Lyme's last revaluation was in 2019. Revaluation Notice of Assessment Change Issued Pursuant to C.G.S. §12-62(f)are being mailed. If you would like to view your assessment prior to receiving your notice please visit  https://gis.vgsi.com/oldlymect/

All residents who attended an informal hearing will receive an informal hearing notice as well as an assessment notice.
