Summer Concert Series

• Lymes' Senior Center - Summer Sounds Concert Series

  Come kick off the summer with us! The first concert in our Summer Sounds Concert Series will be held on Friday, July 5^th at 6pm. This Free Live Music Series is sponsored by the Lymes’ Senior Center & the Florence Griswold Museum and will be held on the grounds of the Florence Griswold Museum – 96 Lyme Street, Old Lyme. The band “Take Two and Call Me in the Morning” will take the stage at 6pm. This is a vocally driven band of Physicians and Health care advocates. They showcase tunes from the 60's - 2000's including Fleetwood Mac, Petty, Pretenders, Bowie, Chicago, NRBQ, Dire Straits, The Dead, Beatles, Sheryl Crow, Van Morrison, Doobie Bros, and Steely Dan to name a few. Uncle D’s Blazin’ BBQ Food Truck will also be there from 5:30-7pm. Pack a picnic, bring your chairs, blankets, family, friends, and your dancing shoes!
