Case 17-02C – Julie Zyla and Michael Bednarz, 98 Hillcrest Road, request variances to demolish existing structure and construct a single family home with code compliant foundation, stair, modified roof, new deck and conforming additions which will meet FEMA. The structure is located partially in the 50’ Coastal Resource setback.
Case 17-03 – 280 Shore Road LLC, 280 Shore Road, requests variances to allow parking as required by the Old Lyme Zoning Regulations. Variances are for the landscaping strip adjacent to the street and location of parking adjacent to both Portland Avenue and Shore Road.
